DESCRIPTION:Zanele Muholi c’est mon artiste coup de coeur de ces dernières années. Elle est la photographe et activiste sud-africaine la plus percutante de sa génération! \n« On persiste\, on résiste » est l’une de ses formules. Elle a été militante avant d’être photographe. Activiste\, pour la défense des lesbiennes d’Afrique du Sud\, un pays où la Constitution stipule que nul ne saurait être persécuté pour ses orientations sexuelles et où le mariage gay est devenu monnaie courante depuis 2006. Mais aussi un pays où il est possible de se faire tuer\, violer\, violenter\, parce qu’on est homosexuel.le. \nSon travail interroge ainsi tout à la fois les questions de genre mais également celles liées à la décolonisation de l’art et de la pensée.
